Frequently Asked Questions

How do I care for my flowers?

To help your flowers stay fresh, vibrant and beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend following these simple care tips:

  • Carefully unwrap your flowers as soon as you receive them.
  • Fill a clean vase with fresh water.
  • Cut the stems at a 45° angle and remove any foliage that would sit below the waterline.
  • Place your flowers away from direct sunlight, radiators and halogen spotlights.
  • Flowers last longer in a cooler room, so avoid warm locations where possible.
  • Change the water and recut the stems every other day to keep them fresh.
  • Remove any faded blooms to encourage other flowers and buds to continue opening.

With the right care, your bouquet will stay looking its best for longer and can be enjoyed for many days after delivery.
